Ben and Mark have over 75 years farming experience and pride themselves on being ‘compassionate’ farmers. Using their own fresh cream, Oakland produce's a rich, traditional farm style, salted butter that is creamy and smooth. Please note: Due to the style of the butter it can vary in flavour. Oakdale have said that the flavour fluctuations are due to the varying diets of the cows. Oakdale do not offer returns on their butter should you not be happy with the flavour change. (Some batches are farmier than others) so purchase is at your own discretion.
