A classic recipe, normally made from the juice and peel of bitter Oranges. Paired with grapefruit, a more pronounced herbal, woody flavour. With the addition of sugar, the extremes of bitterness and sourness are what make marmalade so full- flavourful and interesting.

Fox & Jackal was born as another Covid-baby to two gifted Chefs, Kim and Scott.
Kim (The Jackal) was born and bred in Kimberly whilst Scott (The Fox) is from Scotland. They had JUST arrived back in the Cape after working under Chef Jason Atherton in Shanghai for 10 years when lockdown hit! Naturally they were not expecting to be twiddling their thumbs and so being the Chefs that they are, they started keeping themselves busy in the kitchen. The rest, as they say, is history.
We are delighted to have them as part of the team and literally do not know where to start when it comes to raving about their produce!
