Microgreens are vegetable seedlings harvested in the primary stage of growth (generally between 8 and 20 days of planting seeds) when they are at their juiciest and most nutritious. Microgreens deliver a concentrated dose of potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper amongst others and are an effective antioxidant. The majority of studies show that these elements up 40 times more concentrated in microgreens than in mature leaves of the same plant. Free Range In the interest of reducing waste, we do not charge you for the egg boxes in the hope that you can return them for us to reuse. They are put away at night to avoid predators. They eat greens from the tunnels & lands, but are also fed corn, grains & wheat mixed food -

500g This delicious honey is raw, unadulterated & non-irradiated and brought to you straight from the hive. Please note that due to the natural nature of this honey it will crystalize at just 17°C. To de-crystalise, just pop the jar into hot water. Re-use: Please keep the bottle and hand back to your friendly delivery team when you next order so that we can recycle and re-use helping to save the planet one jar at a time.
