Our Dorado portions are blast frozen at sea perfectly preserving their freshness from the day they were caught. Dorado is a longline-caught species found in the South-East Atlantic. Dorado is a delicately flavoured line fish sometimes referred to as the chicken of the sea, it is light and flakey with no bones making for easy eating.
Our Hake Fishcakes are made from the very best quality Hake. The Hake used comes from Sea frozen skinless hake fillets ensuring top quality which shows in the taste. The Fishcakes are made up of 70% hake and 30% a potato blend with herbs and spices.

Our locally wild caught smoked haddock is skinless and deboned with a flaky texture and delicate flavour. A good replacement for cod, although it does have a slightly sweeter taste, which makes it the best white fish for smoking.
Our wild-caught Hake portions are expertly cut from the thickest parts of the fish, removing the bones to leave you with a prime-cut. These hake portions are skin-on. Our Hake is caught off the South African coast – between the mouth of the Orange River and Port Elizabeth. Prized for its beautiful yet delicious white flaky slightly sweet meat.
Our popular Kingklip portions are even in thickness and boneless, making for quick preparation and easy eating. The raw flesh varies from a pearly white to a delicate rose colour and cooks to a perfect milky white.
Our dusty Kob or kabeljou is a delicious South African classic. The flesh is succulent and firm, forming large flakes, and there are few bones. It has no definite flavour, Small kob or ‘milk-kob’ such as ours have a more tender, sweeter flavour. Our Dusty Kob is the only sustainably sourced Kob species available on the South African market.
